Only one non-Irish qualified player will be allowed to play across the 15 available positions for Ulster, Leinster and Munster following new regulations introduced by the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU).
The objective is to deliver at least two experienced players in each position for the Irish national team.

I´m part of these two rugby social networks (Rampage Rugby and Rugbylines.com), and I wonder if rugby people can translate the philosophy and spirit of rugby into other aspects of the life of the rugby community.
How much better the world could be if we are capable to replicate those values everywhere... do you think that if the world were a rugby world everything would be better?
Is naive to think in improving the world through rugby??????
